Job Title: Care Manager

At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Manager to lead our residential service in Doncaster.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
  • Lead a team to ensure positive outcomes and independence for our residents, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
  • Manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
