Engineering Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Operations Director to join our team at Stagecoach East Scotland.

This role involves overseeing the delivery of a wide range of engineering operations across our fleet, including maintenance and repairs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
  • Leading a team of engineers to deliver a safe and cost-effective programme of preventative maintenance and repair.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health & safety policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • A proven track record of success in engineering operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.
  • Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
