Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence
  • Support clients to meet their outcomes and involve families and professionals as needed
  • Connect clients to their communities and access local support and services
  • Deliver personalized care through individual choice and control
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals

Requirements:
