About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit and collections for our clients' portfolios, with a focus on commercial real estate assets. This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will be required to prepare credit trend reports and cash flow projections for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overdue accounts and issue reminders as necessary
  • Initiate collections and negotiate payment plans with clients
  • Collaborate with property managers to resolve disputes and mitigate financial risk
  • Prepare credit trend reports and cash flow projections for senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in credit and collections management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate assets and financial markets

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
