We are seeking two experienced Hairdresser (Salon Assessor) to join our team at Unilever, a leading global FMCG company. As a Hairdresser (Product Developer), you will play a crucial role in the evaluation of hair products on consumers or mannequin heads within a modern and well-equipped salon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of new hair products by working creatively and technically with our team.
  • Conduct evaluations of hair products on consumers or mannequin heads, providing expert feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our research and development team to identify trends and opportunities in the hair care market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hairdressing, with a strong passion for hair trends and product knowledge.
  • Qualifications in hairdressing, such as NVQ level 2 or 3.
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a flexible and positive outlook.
