Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Sizzling Pub & Grill. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop your team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and execute menu development, food preparation, and stock control.
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently, meeting health and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
