About the Role
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups, promoting a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, taking into account the needs and abilities of your students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service.
- Contribute to the development of our swimming programs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
