Family Medicine Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Practitioner to join our team at Moatfield Surgery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Session Management: You will be required to manage your sessions effectively, ensuring that you are available to see patients during your allocated time. This includes managing your patient list, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
- Clinical Duties: As a Family Medicine Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of clinical services, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication. This includes participating in team meetings, contributing to practice decisions, and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, completing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our practice.
Requirements:
