Job Title: Band 5 OLDER ADULTS INPATIENT NURSE

Location: Worcestershire

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Monday - Friday day Shifts 08:00 - 20:00

Rate of pay: £20 - £23

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential NHS community mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status.
  2. Administering medications and monitoring their effects on patients.
  3. Providing therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
  4. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting mental wellness and recovery.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  2. Proven experience within a community recovery role.
  3. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
  4. Past experience dealing with Older Adults.
