Job Summary:
Caremark Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support customers with shopping, meal preparation, and domestic chores.
- Prompt customers with medication and provide emotional support.
- Help customers access the community and engage in social activities.
- Provide respite services to customers and their families.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in health and social care.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and reliable.
- Caring and sensitive towards customers.
- Flexible and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
