Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Lead to join our dynamic team at Scruffy Dog Creative Group.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Creative Director, Design Manager, and other team members to develop visually stunning and functional signage solutions that enhance the overall theme and guest experience.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to develop signage concepts that align with the overall theme and design vision of the project.
  • Create detailed design drawings and specifications for marquees, operation signage, primary warnings, wait times, and height restrictions, including layout, typography, color schemes, and materials.
  • Ensure that all signage designs comply with brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Oversee the production and installation of marquees, signage, and wayfinding in collaboration with fabricators and installers.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the highest level of quality and innovation in signage design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, environmental design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and CAD programs.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and spatial design.
  • Experience with wayfinding design and accessibility standards is a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
