Job Title: Clinical Lead for Nursing Home

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the nursing care and activities within our nursing home in Huyton, Liverpool. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for creating and updating individual care plans for residents, maintaining accurate medication records, and providing valuable support and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home
• Create and update individual care plans for residents
• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records
• Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team
• Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment
• Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD
