The Opportunity


We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of change and transformation projects within our Diligenta organization. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring project deadlines are met within budget and scope.



About You



  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale operational and business projects with significant impact on organizational growth and transformation.
  • Extensive experience working in the Life and Pension industry, with a deep understanding of project management disciplines and budget management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive business solution identification and project initiation.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.


About the Role


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Operations Project Lead, you will be responsible for:



  • Leveraging your expertise to lead and manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project deadlines are met within budget and scope.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, with a focus on driving business solution identification and project initiation.
  • Leading the overall planning and management of resources, including well-developed contingency plans to deliver agreed solutions.
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
