The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Support Specialist to join our Global People Team in the London office. The successful candidate will support and gain experience in various generalist people-related activities, including recruitment, development, payroll, benefits, and rewards. They will also have the chance to be involved in multiple projects and analysis, representing the People Team positively within the business.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in our HR system.
  • Produce insightful reports and data analysis from our HRIS and other systems.
  • Contribute to the administration of our bi-annual employee survey.
  • Communicate effectively with employees through targeted emails and manage the team inbox.
  • Participate in implementing people projects across the organization.
Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with the talent team to set up employment contracts, assist with background screening, and ensure compliance with right-to-work regulations.
  • Help prepare managers for interviews, act as the first point of contact for candidates, and coordinate equipment and IT setup for new staff members.
  • Work closely with Office Managers and IT teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
Training and Development
  • Assist in collating annual training needs analysis following the appraisal process.
  • Help book external training courses and maintain accurate records.
Payroll, Benefits, and Reward
  • Support the Global Payroll & Benefits Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience with Excel and Word.
  • An ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and collaborate with various teams.
  • Prior experience with payroll-related work is beneficial but not essential.
