About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Buyer to join our Menswear team as a Senior Assistant Buyer. This is a key role in the development of our seasonal ranges, and we are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan commercially successful ranges, considering sales data, price architecture, and brand DNA.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Merchandisers, and Technologists to create stylish new collections for every season.
  • Support buying, developing, and reviewing seasonal ranges, formulating proposals for range restructuring and considering market opportunities and trends.
  • Present ranges to management and senior stakeholders, confidently communicating design briefs and analysing sales data and trends to identify new opportunities.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who can balance multiple priorities with ease. You will be an exceptional communicator and negotiator with a keen understanding of margin and costs. You will thrive in a fast-paced, busy, and challenging environment, building rapport with members of your immediate and wider teams.
