Job Summary

We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality support to students with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted interventions that enhance students' learning, development, and well-being
  • Develop and implement individual learning and support plans, in collaboration with the teacher and SEN team
  • Support students during social activities and outings, promoting their social and emotional growth
  • Manage challenging behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom culture
