Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at the Freudenberg Group. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations by providing administrative support and performing various tasks related to accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Accounting and Finance: Perform tasks related to accounting and finance, such as data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive results.
Requirements
  • Education: AAT qualification is desirable.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with a demonstrable understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
  • Skills: Numerically proficient, with the ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Software: Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
