We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team, providing administrative support to our HR Advisors in improving the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

The successful candidate will have significant experience within HR or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will also need to be a competent user of Information Technology and Microsoft packages, and have a good understanding of the challenges affecting the NHS.

As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for managing sickness absence in line with the Trust's Attendance Management Policy and Procedure, and undertaking administration, producing analytical data and system project tasks to support the effective and consistent management of HR operations across all regions.

This is a fixed-term position, offering a competitive salary of £29,100 per annum, pro rata, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
