Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process design for energy transition projects and oil and gas, driving efficiency and performance in complex energy systems
  • Conduct process system modeling and optimization evaluations, ensuring smooth functioning of client facilities
  • Provide operations support and troubleshooting, maximizing asset potential and operational efficiency
  • Perform facility capacity rating, debottlenecking, and benchmarking, delivering value-added consultancy services
  • Offer direct client team support, building strong relationships and driving project success
Requirements:
  • Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent), demonstrating professional standing and expertise
  • Significant early phase / consultancy experience in the energy industry, providing valuable insights for our clients
  • Self-motivation and ability to work to deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results
  • A passion for developing new skills and experience, contributing to personal and team growth
  • High competency with specialist process engineering software, enabling advanced analysis and optimization
  • Adaptability to integrate with established multidiscipline teams while also working independently when required
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to be a discipline focal point, coordinate activities, and support growth ambitions
  • Commercial acumen to understand and address both technical and business risks in the energy sector
