About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Calibration Engineer to join our Calibration Maintenance team based at a customer-embedded site in Broughton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining torque tooling in line with OEM recommendations and efficiently repairing tooling to increase availability to production.

You will participate in customer surveillance and accreditation audits, making improvements to maintenance and repair procedures and schedules to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair torque tooling to meet OEM standards
  • Participate in customer audits and implement improvements
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize maintenance and repair procedures
Requirements
  • Practical expertise in assessing and repairing mechanical and electrical tooling
  • Working knowledge of PPMs
  • Technical qualification or working towards one
  • Good understanding of calibration and maintenance practices
  • Experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
