Job Summary

As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, menu planning, and financial performance. You'll work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of experienced staff

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar position in the hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with food safety and health and safety regulations
