As a Private Client Associate, you will play a vital role in the Tax, Trusts, and Probate team, managing your own caseload and contributing to the department's success. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a diverse range of responsibilities within the Private Client Group, collaborating with Associates and Partners to ensure a thriving working environment.
* Achieving financial targets, including fees and contributions, while maintaining the highest standards of client care to drive client retention and referrals.
* Leading marketing and business development efforts to elevate the firm's profile, including writing for e-newsletters and engaging in seminars.

Preferred Requirements:

* Prior experience in Private Client work, encompassing Will drafting, estate administration, Trusts, and Court of Protection work.
* Proven time management skills and an understanding of the importance of client care.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and provide support to junior members.
* Comprehensive understanding of the firm's strategy and vision.
* Keen awareness of the legal market to drive informed decision-making.
