Join Our Team as a Process Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and define manufacturing processes, specifying equipment and vendors.
  • Lead multi-skilled teams through programme/project delivery, ensuring outstanding performance against key manufacturing indicators.
  • Manage and analyze data, producing metrics and developing plans with defined objectives.
  • Implement Six Sigma approach for business performance and improvement.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Audits and ergonomics, including risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Engineering qualification(s)
  • Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing / Engineering processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven experience of leading teams and managing data.
  • Experience of vendor management and Six Sigma approach.
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous and constantly evolving scale-up environment.
