Product Analytics Manager - London - Hybrid

About the Company

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Product Analytics Manager to join our team in London. As a Product Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of product and implementation analysts, taking ownership of the team's output and personal development.

The Role

  • Lead a team of product and implementation analysts, driving the team's output and personal development.
  • Own the on-site user behavioural data, including its capture and distribution across the business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the product function, embedding analytical practices and ways of working into all product development.
  • Utilise experimentation concepts to measure the efficacy of feature development.
  • Manage the roadmap for implementation of analytics and marketing capabilities.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience in direct line managing at least 2 people.
  • Expert communicator, able to adapt presentation style to suit the audience.
  • Proficiency in SQL (required) and R/Python (desirable).
  • Strong visualisation skills, including experience with PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of customer data platform capabilities and their role in capturing customer/user journey data.
  • Experience working with technology and data engineering functions.
