Role

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python.

You will be a key role in shaping the architecture, improving performance, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python.
  • Shape the architecture, improve performance, and ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and improve application performance.
  • Support End-to-End Data Mapping, Data Model, Data Type, normalizing working file/excel, Design template, Validating and Comparing the Product attributes and so on.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages, functions, stored procedures, triggers, objects, tables, indexes, views, synonyms based on business requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/PL-SQL Performance tuning concepts (basics).
Requirements
  • Experience in software development using Python.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior technical role.
  • Proficiency in Python/Tableau and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, strong organizational and time management skills.
