Adoptions Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adoptions Manager to join our team at Vistry Bristol, working from our Clifton office. As our Adoptions Manager, you will be responsible for the adoption of roads, sewers, pumping stations, and public open spaces, as well as handing over estates to Management Companies within the Western Region and ensuring tight control of all bonds and costs associated with these works.

Your key responsibilities will include ensuring infrastructure works are carried out in accordance with approved documentation, engaging with Build teams to ensure timely completion of works, and reducing the occurrence of errors and barriers to adoption/hand-over. You will also manage the process to secure the adoption and release of associated bonds or handover information to the Management Companies.
