Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

At Listgrove Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a market leader in the low carbon renewable sector, we deliver affordable market-ready projects. Our ideal candidate will work on all aspects of design, from production to technical documentation of mechanical systems, within 'Hydrogen Energy' solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design of Hydrogen based equipment, including refuelers, fuel storage, and installations.
  • Complete supporting calculations, including flow, pressure, structural, heat transfer calculations, and FEA.
  • 3D CAD Design and collaboration with controls and electrical engineers to support the complete system design.
  • Preparation of Technical file documentation and O&M manuals.
  • Ensure adherence to H&S, quality, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain PED and HAZOP documentation.
Requirements:
  • Completed mechanical design projects with associated documentation and CAD models.
  • Master's degree in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline, such as structural design, machine design, pressure vessels, or fluid dynamics.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering, construction, or civil engineering.
  • CAD proficiency in 3D and 2D, including Autodesk Inventor 3D.
  • Working knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and regulatory bodies.
  • Project Management skills.
