This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of oncology pharmacists in a state-of-the-art hospital rated Outstanding by the CQC.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience in oncology within a hospital setting, with specialist knowledge in aseptic production and evidence of previous progression within similar roles.

We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can understand, develop, and implement policy and procedure, ensuring high-quality care for our patients.

About the Role:

Job Description:

  • To coordinate the effective delivery and treatment of medication to patients under your care, while adhering to governmental and institutional policy.
  • To work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, providing consistent training to colleagues in an effort to create a multi-skilled pharmacy team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with GPhC qualification.
  • Post-graduate diploma/masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience within hospitals.
  • Able to understand, develop, and implement policy and procedure.
  • Possess a high sense of personal responsibility.
