About the Role

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to our young people, including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our team to ensure that each young person receives the support they need.
  • Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • Values in line with Esland's, including a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare.
  • Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential.
