Key Responsibilities- Provide support to patients, staff, and visitors during night shifts, including portering, cleaning, and other facilities-related tasks.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of hospital policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Good general education at GCSE level or equivalent.
- Entry Level 3 standard Literacy and Numeracy.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or willingness to undertake.
- Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health or willingness to undertake.
- Customer care training.
- NVQ.
- Dementia training.
This is a full-time position working night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
