Top Sales Performer Wanted for Nottingham Seat Dealership

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our successful team at our Nottingham Seat dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current finance options, regulations, and legislation to provide customers with the best available choices.
- Meet sales volume targets and maximize profit opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Conduct thorough car handovers and ensure customers have a positive experience throughout the buying process.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Ongoing training and development to help you succeed in your role and achieve your career goals.

- Proven experience working in a target-driven retail sales environment.
