The successful candidate will work closely with a young individual who has cerebral palsy, providing high-quality support and care in their own home. The role requires the ability to engage with personalised routines, assist with care programmes, and provide emotional support and companionship.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is compassionate, patient, and empathetic in nature. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and training, regular supervisions and check-ins, and both online and in-person training.
