Job Description

At Smartedge Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Agile Identity Specialist to join our team.

Key Skills and Experiences:

  1. Significant prior experience as a subject matter expert within Identity and Access Management, with a deep understanding of identity management within Microsoft environments, including Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory, as well as Linux-based operating systems and core infrastructure.
  2. Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management governance principles and best practices, with experience in managing information security risk related to identity.
  3. Proficiency in SAML/OAUTH protocols and experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies.
  4. Good working knowledge of industry IT compliance standards, particularly in design and implementation.
  5. Experience in relationship management with senior stakeholders and strong IT skills, with the ability to analyze data for reporting purposes and follow work instructions.
  6. Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  1. Knowledge of identity and access management within a DevOps environment, including API Management platforms, containerization, and cloud platforms (Google, Azure, AWS).
  2. Experience in Information Security Auditing Techniques and knowledge of managing information security for operational technology (e.g., PLCs, embedded systems in plant machinery).
  3. Knowledge and experience in managing information security within a manufacturing organization and understanding of business areas such as suppliers and retailers and how their systems work.
