About the Job:

As a Delivery Team Member with Next, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products are available to customers as quickly as possible. You'll work as part of a fast-paced store team, processing stock efficiently and providing excellent customer service when needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Ensure all stock is presented beautifully and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
  • Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of our Coordinators or Managers.
