As an Early Years Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to children from birth to five years old. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues, learn from our innovative approaches, and develop your leadership skills through hands-on experience and training.

The programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a future leader in the early years sector. Over two years, you will complete a range of qualifications and certifications, including the Bright Horizons Future Leaders Programme and the Deputy Managers Development Programme. You will also have the opportunity to specialise in either leadership or pedagogical leadership through gaining your Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
