As an Assistant Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver a great customer and patient experience in our retail stores. You will work with the Store Manager to help the business grow and change for the better.
Our stores offer a broad customer experience across retail and optometry. With your leadership and passion, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. Your store will connect with the community and the wider business to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies optimising patient care and profitability.
You will work in store, reporting to a Store Manager.
