About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Process Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing process validation, technology transfer, and GMP floor support across five sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with cGMP standards and develop strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field, or at least 5+ years of relevant experience. They should also have 3+ years of continuous leadership experience, managing managers, and strong interpersonal and presentation skills to discuss technical concepts internally and with clients.
