About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a quantity surveying trainee to join our London office starting in September 2025. Our main office is based opposite the Old Bailey, London (but our construction projects themselves are in London and South East).

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility will be to manage the financial aspects of a project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with our experienced team members to identify opportunities for cost savings, develop strategic procurement plans, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
