About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Surveyor to join our team in Leeds, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, offering a unique blend of geospatial and engineering expertise.

The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying activities such as geospatial, measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning, topographic surveys, ground penetrating radar (GPR), subsurface engineering services, monitoring solutions, rail surveys, photogrammetry, UAV/drone surveys, tunnel and pipe jacking surveys.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to deliver innovative solutions for clients across various sectors, including water, energy, and power.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing relevant method statements and risk assessments for survey activities.
  • Managing health and safety, quality, and environmental procedures on site.
  • Collecting and processing of various on-site survey information.
  • Ensuring setting out and quality assurance of works are completed in accordance with project requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Land Surveying or Engineering Surveying.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Construction/Survey Experience.
  • Experience in utility surveying.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD/N4CE, StarNet, Infinity, and/or Trimble Business Centre.
