About The Role

Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer with phs Group, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining recycling equipment on a reactive and scheduled basis. Your primary goal will be to achieve your own targets as well as customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). These agreements are set with our customers and must be met. You will work closely with the Service Planning Supervisor, Technical Team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
