As a Caretaking and Security Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, caretaking, and security of our college sites. This includes conducting regular health and safety checks, responding to requests, and resolving issues promptly. You will work collaboratively with the site team to provide an efficient and proactive caretaking service.

About the Role
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of college facilities, including classrooms, common areas, and external spaces
- Conduct regular health and safety checks on premises, identifying and reporting any potential hazards or issues
- Collaborate with the site team to provide an efficient and proactive caretaking service, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly
- Undertake relevant training and health and safety checks as required

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service, responding to requests and resolving issues promptly
