About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Caretaker to join our team at Heatherwood School. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the school's buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the school's buildings and grounds, including cleaning, repairs, and minor maintenance tasks
  • Ensure the school's facilities are safe and secure for students, staff, and visitors
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal use of facilities
  • Collaborate with the school's management team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding promptly to queries and concerns

Requirements
