Punch Pubs is recruiting an experienced and versatile Self-Employed Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of its popular country pubs in Hampshire. As a key ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations and drives business success.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. They will be responsible for managing high-performing teams, developing operational procedures, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

This exciting opportunity comes with a highly competitive estimated salary of £**50,000-£70,000** per annum, depending on experience, plus a share of sales and quarterly performance bonuses. The package also includes a luxurious living accommodation, all bills and maintenance, as well as comprehensive training and support from a dedicated Operations Manager.
