We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join our team at Liberty Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our domestic heating systems.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake regular servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Complete all work in accordance with industry specifications and regulations, including Gas Safe standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs, to meet the needs of our customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational objectives and maintain a safe working environment.
- Recognized formal training and qualifications in gas engineering, including NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
- ACS qualifications in CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, and CENWATUNVENTED are desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of gas legislation and regulations.
- Full driving license and ability to work flexibly with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
