Primary School Teacher Required

We are recruiting a motivated and experienced Year 3 Class Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Lambeth. This role offers the chance to work with children aged 7-11, delivering engaging lessons and fostering a love of learning.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum, catering to diverse learning needs.
  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes social growth and academic progress.
  • Monitor student development, adapt teaching methods to support individual growth, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child's needs are met and their potential is realized.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with Key Stage 2 students.
  • Possess a passion for teaching and a commitment to inspiring young learners through creative and effective pedagogies.
  • Strong classroom management skills and a positive, patient approach to maintain a productive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,766 to £50,288, including a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development within the SANZA Teaching Agency.
