About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support students in a primary school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to promote a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students in all subjects
  • Assist with intervention and booster sessions, phonics, and classroom management
  • Support the development of students' self-esteem and confidence
Requirements
  • Full "Right to Work" in the UK
  • Minimum of 40 days of referenceable experience supporting children and young people in the last 2 years
  • Previous experience working with children/students between the ages of 5-11
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in supporting teaching and learning (advantageous but not essential)
