Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive legal and regulatory advice to DTCC's EMEA businesses
  • Manage legal issues across regulated and unregulated businesses in EMEA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent approach to legal issues
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and contract processes
  • Regulatory horizon scanning and devising effective solutions to protect the business from risks
Requirements:
  • 5-12 years PQE or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a practicing lawyer in private practice with a focus on financial services law
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in UK markets and/or dealing with regulatory agencies
