Nando's is on the search for talented individuals to join our Back of House team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and making the finest PERi-PERi meals to wow every guest. Your role will be to make our guests feel valued as part of our family by cooking, grilling and preparing their meals to Nando's high standards. This includes preparing, cooking and serving amazing food to Nando's high standards and making customers feel fired up, wowed by the experience and hooked for the next taste. You will also be responsible for setting up, maintaining, handing over and closing down a clean, safe and fully operational workstation. Additionally, you will handle deep cleaning to Nando's high standards and follow all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene and restaurant security measures.
