Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator

At The CLR Group, we are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their property career and progress within a dynamic and expanding company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating applicants for our properties, responding to enquiries from property portals, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and hitting sales targets. They will also be involved in business development and helping to get properties to market.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be money hungry, target driven, articulate, and professional. Sales experience is desirable, but not essential. We offer excellent training, company benefits, and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate applicants for our properties by calling through our existing database
  • Respond to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Arrange and conduct viewings
  • Negotiate offers with both vendors and applicants
  • Hitting sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Helping with business development and getting properties to market
