Nursery Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Nursery Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children aged 0 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons and activities that align with the EYFS framework, promoting the holistic development of each child.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
  • Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child's development and achievements.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians, involving them in their child's learning journey through effective communication and regular updates.
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies that encourage positive behaviour and promote a respectful and inclusive classroom community.
  • Collaborate with other EYFS teachers and school staff to plan and implement a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs and abilities of each child, providing appropriate support and challenges.
  • Organize and participate in various EYFS activities, such as field trips, celebrations, and parent-teacher conferences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Proven experience as an EYFS/Nursery Teacher, preferably in a similar temporary capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its implementation.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
  • Creativity and the ability to design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a temporary assignment through a recruitment agency.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in EYFS teaching practices.

This is a temporary position through a recruitment agency, and the duration of the assignment may vary depending on the needs of the school.
